Step 1 · 6:00 AM: mark the zone
Step 2 · On a clean 5-minute close: the trade ticket
Enter the close of the breakout candle and the swing you're putting the stop behind. The ticket sizes the trade and flags anything risky.
London range log (backtest)
One row per day. Fill in what each side did. Past days work too: scroll back in TradingView and log them. The Yes/No columns test ideas. Set each one (leave — if you didn't check). Riskier = big stop or big-candle trade, +1R first = a losing trade was up 1R before it stopped out (would break-even have saved it?), Chased = entered on a big breakout candle, With VWMA = the breakout went the same way the VWMA was sloping. The Coach tab tracks what these show over time.

Ideas we're tracking
Suggestions from our sessions. Each one has a status, and where the range log can test it, the live evidence updates as you log days. Ideas need about 20 trades on each side before we decide.
Coach reviews
Dated notes from each session with Claude. These only change when we review together.
